Cleaning Fee Options
WOW! Maids offers various fee options to suite all our clients needs-- hourly and flat rates. Below is a general overview of our fees, but for exact quotes for your home please call our office at (832) 248-9810.
Hourly rates: $55.00 for the first 2 hours and $15 for every hour after. Clients can choose to receive service on a straight hourly base; however a quote will be given based on the estimated amount of hours it will take to complete cleaning.
Flat rates: Flat rate fees are based on the size of the home and are calculated based on the cleaning task being performed. This option allows clients to lock in a fixed rate regardless of the amount of time completing the cleaning may take. This option is great for clients who need a total home cleaning. The prices below are based on our standard cleaning package.
¨ 1 bedroom/w 1-2 baths: $55-$65
¨ 2 bedrooms/w 1-2 baths: $70-$80
¨ 3 bedrooms/w 1-2 baths: $85-$95
¨ 4 bedrooms/w 1-2 baths: $100-$110
¨ 5 bedrooms/w 4+ baths: $115-upwards
